About
Built in the Philippines, by an electrical contractor
APEX is the plant-monitoring console built by Ambas Electric & Automation for the people who run plants, substations and electrical rooms.
Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA) is a Philippine engineering company delivering power infrastructure across the country. We engineer, supply and install solutions across eight disciplines: solar PV, battery energy storage, EV charging stations, fire detection and alarm systems, OT/IT integration, substation automation, power plant electrical and instrumentation, and hybrid diesel, solar and storage packages.
We work to international and Philippine standards: IEC 62443 for OT cybersecurity, IEC 61850 for substation automation, IEEE 1547 for solar grid interconnection, NFPA 72 for fire alarm, and PEC 2017 for general electrical scope.
APEX came out of that work. Our engineers commission SCADA, protection and cameras on site, and kept meeting the same gaps: too many screens, hot spots found late, reports built by hand. APEX is the console we wanted to hand over with every project.
Why trust the numbers. Measured, modelled and simulated values are labelled differently on every screen. Missing data reads as missing, never as zero. Simulated data always carries a badge. Claims in this site are checked against the application before they are published.
