    The self-running tour walks the important functions in about four minutes on a simulated fleet. Then your team asks anything.

  2. List your SCADA points, protocols and camera positions

    We map assets, SCADA and KPIs, and define the build and the success metrics together.

  3. Connect one plant and one thermal camera

    APEX goes live read-only on one plant and one camera first, so every number can be checked against what the plant already shows.

  4. Add the remaining plants and train operators

    Scale plant by plant, with handover, training and documentation.
