Privacy notice

Who we are. This site is operated by Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA), Philippines. We process personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect. The demo request form asks for your name, company, role, the segment you work in, a description of your plants and systems, your work email, an optional phone number and a free-text message. We collect nothing else through the form, and we do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this site. Our website host keeps standard server logs.

Why we collect it. To respond to your request, arrange and run a demonstration, and follow up on scoping a deployment. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you sent us.

Where it goes. Your request is received and stored by the form service of our website host, Netlify, acting as our processor, and is read by our sales team. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and afterwards only as our business records require.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@apexplant.solutions. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Changes. We will update this notice here when our practices change.
